Express & Insured Delivery 

If you wish to receive your package faster, we also offer express delivery. This puts your order right in front of the queue for immediate dispatch.

This option also offers you with insurance that covers you in the event of the shipping line misplacing your package. This is a very popular shipping method amongst our customers with 55% deciding to insure their packages.  

It is important to note that due to the high demand for items, shipping times are only indicative and therefore no specific delivery dates are guaranteed.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. If you provided a mobile phone number, you will get a text notification as well.

To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID, please email our support team.

Upon receiving your tracking information, please allow 1 to 3 working days for the updates to appear as tracking updates will only show once your package has been scanned at the next delivery distribution centre.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
