Refund policy

Our Store offers a 30-day refund policy for all products.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the products within the 30-day period after you have received the order. We will provide a refund minus a 15% restocking fee, store credit or offer free replacements in the case of damaged or faulty items due to manufacturer defect. 

Returned items must be sent back complete and include their original packaging and an RMA must be issued before a return is sent. Any items without original packaging will receive online store credit. If you choose to return your product(s) you would need to send back any promotional products you received with the items. If you would like to keep the promotional items, the full retail price of those items would be deducted from your refund. 

Once products are received, we will process your refund, store credit or replacement. Please allow 5-7 business days to appear on bank statement. Note that Customer is responsible for any shipping costs.

For all orders that are returned to us and a refund is requested, a 15% shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

In the event you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, you are responsible for shipping items back to us. The new item will be shipped to you for free, unless you are located in Hawaii, Alaska or Canada. In that case, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
